1. General Terms & Applicability
These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Winbaje platform and its services. Accessing Winbaje via the website, mobile app, or any other channel constitutes your acceptance of these terms.
Winbaje is a fully licensed online gaming platform. We operate in accordance with international gaming regulatory guidelines and place the highest priority on user protection.
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable under applicable law, only that specific part will be removed — the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
2. Account Registration & Membership
When registering on Winbaje, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Incorrect names, addresses, or mobile numbers can cause issues during withdrawal and may result in your account being suspended.
- Each individual may register only one account.
- Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number provided during registration will be used for verification purposes.
- Always keep your account password confidential. Never share it with anyone.
- Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.
After registration, Winbaje may request a national ID or other identity document for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is complete.
3. Age Verification & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Winbaje. If a minor creates an account using false information, the account will be closed immediately and all balances will be forfeited.
Winbaje strongly discourages gaming by minors. If a parent or guardian suspects their child is using Winbaje, please contact our support team immediately.
Winbaje may request a national ID or birth certificate at any time for age verification purposes. Failure to provide the required documents will result in a temporary account suspension.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
Winbaje currently supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–10 minutes.
- Deposits and withdrawals must be made using the same payment method.
- KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be subject to additional verification.
- Winbaje monitors suspicious transactions to prevent money laundering.
Winbaje does not charge any transaction fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is outside Winbaje's control.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Winbaje offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be fulfilled.
- The welcome bonus is available to new members once only.
- A wagering requirement must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (typically 15–30x).
- Every bonus has an expiry date — if wagering requirements are not completed within that period, the bonus will be forfeited.
- You may not be able to have multiple bonuses active at the same time.
- If bonus abuse — such as arbitrage or collusion — is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Winnings from free bets cannot be withdrawn directly — additional wagering requirements must be met first.
Winbaje reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. However, the terms of a bonus already in progress will not be changed midway.
6. Betting Rules & Odds
All bets placed on Winbaje are final and cannot be changed once confirmed. Please review the odds and market carefully before placing your bet.
- Odds in live betting can change at any moment.
- If a match is cancelled for any reason, your stake will be refunded.
- If a match is postponed, the bet remains valid for the rescheduled date (up to 48 hours).
- Winbaje reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.
- The cash-out option may not be available on all bets.
- In an accumulator bet, all selections must win — a single loss forfeits the entire bet.
Winbaje uses official results for all cricket, football, and other sporting events. In the case of any disputed result, the decision of the relevant sporting authority is final.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Winbaje. Violations will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Creating more than one account or using another person's account.
- Collusion betting using multiple accounts to exploit bonuses.
- Gaining unfair advantages through hacking, scripts, or bots.
- Using fraudulent payment details or stolen cards.
- Money laundering or any transaction involving illegal funds.
- Participating in or facilitating match fixing.
- Unauthorized modification of Winbaje's software or website.
If suspicious activity is detected, Winbaje reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Winbaje reserves the right to close an account without notice in the following circumstances:
- For breach of terms.
- Registering with incorrect or false information.
- If illegal activity is suspected.
- By order of a court or regulatory authority.
Members may also request to close their own account at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance will be refunded in full, excluding bonuses.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Winbaje keeps all personal information strictly confidential. We never sell user data to third parties.
